Shipping & Delivery:

• Delivery Time: 10-14 business days after shipment
• Curbside Delivery: The driver will unload the boxes onto the sidewalk or lawn—bringing the playhouse inside and disposing of packaging is the customer's responsibility.
• Inspection Required: Carefully examine the package for any damage before signing off on delivery. If major damage is present, refuse the delivery and inform the driver.

• No returns, exchanges, or cancellations once shipped.
• Pre-shipment cancellations will incur a 25% restocking fee.
